Antara Sudhir · MS in Applied Business Analytics
Applied Business Analytics student with hands-on experience across the full analytics pipeline. I specialize in transforming raw, complex data into insights that actually drive business decisions - not just reports that get filed away.
I work at the intersection of data engineering and analytics: Medallion architectures in Microsoft Fabric, automated ETL with Python and SQL, and Power BI reporting that stakeholders can rely on.
Previously at iLink Digital, I delivered client-facing solutions across the full data lifecycle — migrating 40+ SQL Server objects into Fabric, gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and keeping deliverables on time. I'm now pursuing an M.S. in Applied Business Analytics at Boston University, focused on sharpening one thing: turning technical depth into business clarity.

Selected project work—from hackathon analytics to production data engineering.
Business question: How do people trade off immediate convenience versus long-term value—and how can we use that to support tier optimization, customer lifetime value, and personalized engagement? The competition framed this using digital streaming (e.g., ad-supported vs. premium tiers).
With Team Coding Rookie, I worked on a reproducible analytics pipeline on a large-scale intertemporal-choice dataset (800k+ trials in our build; 1M+ observations in the competition materials), with choices between sooner-smaller and later-larger rewards, response times, and experimental context. We delivered EDA, feature engineering, and predictive models (logistic regression, random forest, XGBoost), tied findings to subscription-tier pricing and messaging (e.g., reward-ratio “tipping” behavior)—and presented live per the hackathon brief (business application + methodology).
Three-layer Medallion design in Microsoft Fabric; migration of 40+ SQL Server procedures and functions for client reporting and data quality.
Built two collaborative demos tailored to industry verticals, including oil and gas, during the Software Engineer Trainee program at iLink Digital.
Open to roles in analytics, data engineering, and BI.
